the idea is to organize the material into well-defined sections or "rooms" of interest (with all the attendant joys of the various subDirectories), thus simplifying the task of exploring the territory - this has its advantages and disadvantages - there's something to be said for coming in the BACK DOOR, and "getting-lost" inside a maze of tangled spider threads non-linear hypertext webbish jumbled disorder - but this somewhat "untidy" approach can confuse and disturb those fastidious surfers whose time is BIG-$$$ - those impatient souls with little to spare to hang loose, surf the madness, and gradually discover the threads, loose ends, blind alleys, and even the Main Course...?
